Both properties are listed on AirBnb and Booking.com

How do I pay?

For any reservation through Airbnb and Booking.com, the platform handles the payments. All payments, refunds, cancelation etc. apply as listed on each platform. Contact us with any questions.

 

 

You can also prepay 50% of the reservation with a non-refundable policy, and pay the rest cash upon arrival and receive an additional discount. Contact us in the reservation request form for a discount quote.

How do I cancel/get a refund?

Cancellations and refunds are as listed in each platform, so please take the time to read about cancellation olicies, non refundable and refundable rates and refunds.

What if Urban Oasis cancels my Direct Booking & reservation at any time?

In the extremely unlikely chance this happens (due to any unforeseen major construction issue that needs repair etc.) you will receive a full refund and we will help find alternative similar accommodation.

What if I need to change my reservation?

Please go through each platform to request a change of dates, number of guests etc

What details do I need to provide upon making a reservation request, a booking or a transfer?

Upon Booking and Payment, we need your passport number, as we need it to declare the reservation income monthly to the government for tax purposes. This is kept confidential and not stored after the submission of your reservation to the authorities.

Also helpful is the number of guests, children’s ages and any special requirements.

When will I receive more information about my trip? Sightseeing info, Athens guide, eating out, transportation etc.?

Directly after completing a booking.

How can I arrange a transfer to my accommodation?

When you know your arrival and/or departure details, send us the flight number and arrival/departure time, the number of passengers and we will book a taxi or minivan for you. Please let us know in time if you need a baby seat or booster seat. The cost is as follows :

Payments are handled directly with the driver and the discount we receive from them as Urban Oasis is passed onto you. You can also contact the driver directly via Sms or WhatsApp to discuss anything you might need. You can also arrange for trips during your stay. Again we can arrange and confirm, or you can deal directly. This company consists of a driver that coordinates a large fleet of cars and minivans and offers a reliable, polite service, with top or the range vehicles

Is Internet free at my accommodation?

WiFi is free of charge and the speed is quite fast. You can also request a mobile-pocket internet device that you can load with Gigabytes at the national telephone company (Cosmote) and have WiFi on the go for a descent cost. At Cosmote you can also purchase local mobile sim cards for your convenience.

What is the cleaning fee and what does it cover?

The cleaning fee (cost listed in each property info page) covers the preparation, cleaning and restocking of the property, as well as linen and towel provision (depending on the number of guests). This does not cover more cleaning/linens during your reservation, but we try to offer a refresh during longer stays (more than 5-6 days). You can always request extra cleaning at an extra charge.

Will someone meet me to check in?

Acropolis Urban Oasis : We will always help you check in and get settled and show you the workings of the apartment.

What if I arrive early and cannot check in? Or have to depart later than check out time?

Check in (after 3pm) and check out times (before 11am) are fixed, but near each property (1-4′ walk) are luggage storage facilities that can help you keep your buggage till the dedicated time frame. More on each facility in the guide sent when you book.

What if I need help, suggestions, info during my stay?

We are always online, both the Homm team and me to offer any help and assistance, and pride ourselves on our guest support during their stay.

What happens if I have an emergency?

Apart from the useful country emergency numbers listed in each  property’s dossier, we are available online 24h and will always try to help out. Our aim is to make you feel like you have a friend in the city.

What safety measure are in place at Urban Oasis properties?

We have security doors in all apartments. The building door is usually locked during late night-early morning hours. Smoke and carbon dioxide detectors are installed almost in all rooms. Shutters on all windows offer additional safety if needed. But both locations are super central and safe!

What if I need to store valuables?

Only Acropolis Urban Oasis offers a Safe which can hold up to a laptop at this time.
